Residents and visitors are treated terribly by the staff. When something goes wrong, they ignore you and don’t fix it. Hygiene is poor in every way. The staff should be replaced.

My grandmother died after suffering a stroke, and no one at this private nursing home had noticed. She arrived on a Friday. The following Wednesday, we found her foot completely purple when we visited at 10 a.m. They said it had looked fine when they dressed her that morning. I really doubt that. She was taken to hospital, but by then she had suffered a stroke. When we spoke to the director, she practically called us liars, and everyone seemed to be washing their hands of what happened. I wish my grandmother had never gone there. If your family has someone in this facility, please be very careful. They make it sound lovely at first, but I found them negligent and careless with elderly people, especially those with Alzheimer's who need help with daily life.

The building is very nice, but the care for older people is completely inadequate. Medication management for residents is disastrous, and the doctors are incompetent, with no work on weekends or holidays. Management comes across as arrogant and lacking empathy, and sometimes lies just to prove they're right. As for the caregivers, most seem reluctant to do their jobs and can be indifferent to residents. This place seems interested only in making money.

My grandmother lives at this center, and they treat her wonderfully. There's a good range of activities, and the facilities, food, and staff are all fantastic. You can tell they really care about the people there. Highly recommended. Congratulations to the whole team!
