The à la carte restaurant was the highlight for me. Its tasting experience was elegant, creative, and so well done that it felt on a level with the service and food you’d expect from fine dining. The main restaurant had a limited selection, but the dishes I tried were enjoyable and well prepared. Precise Resort Puerto de la Cruz is a place for mature travelers who care more about atmosphere, authenticity, and meaningful experiences than trends and distractions. It’s right on the ocean, with the Atlantic’s sounds and views becoming part of everyday life. The rooms, lobby, and spa are beautifully designed and made it easy to slow down and unwind. Thanks to the whole team for such warm hospitality and a memorable stay. I left feeling rested, inspired, and grateful, and hope to return.

The sea view from our room was amazing, and the hotel’s boho style is right up my alley. Its beautifully kept garden was peaceful to walk through, and there were great activities and breakfast during our lovely week at Precise. The staff were wonderful and friendly. When one of our beds broke around midnight, they were very kind and quickly found us another room. I couldn’t have picked a better hotel!

The old-school gym out back was just the way I like it, and the facilities were more than fine. We also had a great room with a very comfortable bed, which should suit people with back problems. The atmosphere among the staff was humble and pleasant, never tense or overdone. Everyone was extremely friendly, from reception and the pool bars to the breakfast buffet waiters, which hasn’t always been our experience at other hotels and resorts. We liked the resort a lot and recommend it.

We were given a different room type than the one we’d booked, but the staff switched it for us. They were always friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Everything was impressively clean, and the amenities and location, with its fantastic view, made the stay even better. We’d expected less from the food, but it was amazing, with different choices every day at both breakfast and dinner.

The ocean view from our nice room was beautiful, and we were very happy with our stay. The building isn’t new, but it’s just been renovated. Everyone was friendly, and the bar servers had a good sense of humor. The only thing that could’ve been better was the floor, which wasn’t always cleaned well.
