Everything went smoothly from booking through check-in. The accommodation was great and had plenty of equipment, with all the amenities close by. I’d definitely recommend it.

The views are lovely, especially from the sun terrace, and check-in was efficient. It’s a large, clean, spacious apartment with comfortable beds, a decent bathroom, and an okay kitchen. The location is a bit out of the way, so you’ll probably want a car or at least a bike. There’s a small supermarket, bread shop, and bar nearby, but it’s a 50-minute walk to the sea and there aren’t many restaurants around in the off season. The underground garage is secure and has lots of room.

We were in apartment #1, and Pharaoh ants had got into every room. It seemed like the infestation had been there a while. They hadn’t made it into our bed yet, but by the following day they were crawling over our things. We were careful not to leave food or crumbs around. We did manage to stay a few days, but ended up keeping all our belongings on a big one-legged table, which we treated as an ant-free zone with some dish soap. The owner offered bug spray, but from what I found online, sprays just scatter the ants. Baiting and exterminating them is what’s needed.

We had room 7 on the second floor for five days. It’s a large two-bedroom apartment with a terrace looking out over the town and ocean. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The first two nights, a group of guests partied late on the big terrace next to our room. We asked them to move farther away, and after shutting all the windows and doors we were able to sleep. The other nights were quiet enough, though noise from the terrace is a risk with this apartment. Many rooms face the street, which I think would be less comfortable. Daytime staff were friendly. There’s a basement garage, but parking on the street outside is easier. You’ll need a car here. It’s outside town, with no nearby restaurants open at night, and the area is mostly local residents. There are two cafés, a daytime restaurant, and a bakery nearby.
