The staff made everything easy for us, and the apartment was clean, well kept, and had all the comforts you'd expect in a city center place. It was also excellent value for money. Getting in could be improved. The stairwell needs better lighting, and the doorbell and light should be marked clearly since it's easy to ring the wrong bell in the dark. The elevator isn't suitable for people with disabilities or anyone with a stroller.
DO NOT USE OR CONSIDER THIS OPTION. The apartment was horrible in every way, and "Javier" was even worse. He knew there was a problem and still left a family, including children, stranded outside at night in freezing cold. He didn't answer WhatsApp messages, calls, or even voicemail messages, and seemed not to care at all. I wouldn't deal with someone like that.
The mattresses are awful, there's no kitchenware, and the bathroom is broken and outdated. They also ask for payment by Bizum or bank transfer, even when you book through Booking.com. Run away, they're not normal. The property's contact person should get checked out, especially for their mental health.
The apartment manager had a terrible attitude. I'd already booked and paid through Booking.com, but the person still demanded cash when I arrived.
I canceled in time on October 9th because of the current situation, and I was supposed to get a free refund. The email said it could take up to 14 days, but nearly a month later I still hadn't received the money. I called and was told they'd sort it out, but nothing happened. Now every time I call, I get the answering machine. They're scoundrels, so don't fall for their tricks. I'll keep using every means I can until I get my money back.
