The facilities are in a good location and they delivered everything they promised. Jesús was incredibly attentive and direct throughout the service. Five stars from me, highly recommended! 😀

2/10
The place is spacious and very clean, with a handy area for loading and unloading. Still, I have to give it a negative rating because cars keep blocking vehicle access to that area. Users and even employees of "Record Go" leave cars there, despite sharing the entrance and exit with the Centro Norte parking garage. Whenever I need to get in or out to reach the storage unit, I have to leave my car, tell them, then wait while they move it. It's frustrating and wastes time. I don't understand why they haven't sorted this out with the company that keeps blocking access.

The facilities were great, and the staff were very attentive. Being able to park right outside is the best part, and it's open 24 hours. Everything was fantastic, highly recommended!

They're new, clean, safe, and reasonably priced, and I think they're fantastic. You can drive right in to unload your things, which is great. There's nothing else like this nearby!

These storage units are brand new and clean, with a range of sizes. The location is great, and driving right up to the door makes access easy and convenient. I highly recommend them.
