Our flight was delayed after we’d already missed another one, and we were arriving at 11:30 PM. Booking.com had let us set our arrival time as between midnight and 1 AM, but the accommodation said check-in closed at 11 PM and offered no way to get the keys afterward. They charged us for the night without offering a refund, then left us to sort out somewhere to sleep ourselves. The service was very poor, with little empathy given what had happened.

The apartment is nice, but it costs a lot for what you get.

The apartments were spotless and pleasant, and Ángel gave excellent service. They’re well placed for the airport, with the metro nearby for getting into the center. I’ll definitely be back.

On the third day I ended up with 10 bedbug bites. I wouldn’t recommend this nightmare.

A good place to stay, and getting to the airport is easy. Recommended.
