Aparthotel Encasa

The apartment was fine, though the kitchen could use a few more things. There wasn't even a knife for cutting pastries, but it was manageable. I was also puzzled that the hotel restaurant only stays open until 4 p.m. The supermarkets across the street were handy, and we were satisfied with our stay. As for the location, the traffic map is clear and getting toward the center is straightforward. If someone complains about where the hotel is, they chose it themselves. There's also a direct train to El Escorial.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the flat itself was decent. It was missing a few basics, like a kettle and hair dryer. There's also not much nearby once the Lidl across the road and the supermarket next door have closed. Aside from that, everything was good.

A really friendly stay, and everything was very clean. Andrea was so helpful and speaks English very well. I was very happy here.

I spent about 40 days at Encasa last year. The apartments were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a quiet area, though a little far from the city center. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Madrid.
