My reservation clearly said I could cancel up to 14 days beforehand, and I’ve emailed them ten times trying to get my money back. Still no refund. Their booking website is misleading and should be avoided. In response to management’s comment, I want a cash refund. I’ve sent Beddy evidence of the cancellation terms. This is unethical business.

It was quiet and felt safe, with a nice atmosphere. The place was comfortable, clean, and great value, and the staff were super friendly. They had coffee, tea, cookies, and yogurt, plus free Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it! 🤩

The area was quiet, with lots of places to buy food, and the metro was just a three-minute walk away. Everything felt brand new, modern, and very clean. I slept well and felt well looked after. They offered me coffee and tea, and there were cookies and yogurt. I’ll definitely come back.

There’s a refrigerator, showers, smart lockers, a microwave, and breakfast. The beds were comfortable and a good size for one person. The place was very clean and quiet, and the service was excellent, especially from Mario. I was very happy with the experience. Thanks for everything.

For anyone heading to Wanda Metropolitano stadium, the location is really convenient. It’s clean, quiet, and good value if you’re on a budget and only spending one night in Madrid. Bring flip-flops for the showers. The one downside is that the women’s bathroom is smaller than the men’s, with less space for mirrors, the sink, and doing makeup.
