The breakfast buffet was the best part for me, and the Hilton itself is a very nice property in a decent location. The trouble is the couple of nightclubs next door. They stay busy and noisy until after 6 a.m. on weekends. The hotel could also clean up the walkway out front.

I came back to the CANOPY in December 2025 after a great stay in 2024, and I was glad I returned. Alba and Natalia made a cheerful, kind welcome at check-in, and Danni remembered me from last time while helping us to our room. At the bar, Jandro recognized me too and took time to connect with everyone even when it was busy. Aiko, Senora Karen, and Vanessa were just as great. You could see how much people enjoyed the bar staff by all the smiles around them. Breakfast had a delicious, wide choice of Spanish, American, and British food, with Victoria always quick to greet us with a smile. Hilton customer experience manager Franziska also left a lovely note and some delicious chocolates for us at check-in. The whole team makes you feel like part of the family. I’d stay at this Canopy again in a heartbeat for the friendly service alone.

Dani made our first trip to Madrid so much better. He helped us settle in, shared ideas for what to do, and took care of reservations and anything else we needed. He was so energetic and kind, treating us like old friends and making us feel truly special. The rest of our stay was wonderful too. We already knew the high quality to expect from Canopy rooms and hotels, having stayed at others before, but the service here stood out. If we return to Madrid, this will be our first choice. We only had one night here, but it was one of my best hotel stays in Spain. My wife and I were really well looked after, and the one-bedroom king suite was amazing. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Other beds on this trip felt cheap and springy and left my back stiff, so the quality here really stood out. The room felt like they hadn’t skimped on anything. I wish we’d planned more time in Madrid to enjoy the hotel. It’s also very convenient, with the major sights about a 10-minute taxi ride away and everything feeling close by.
