Charming Eurobuilding 2 Exclusive

There was a safe place to leave our things before the room was ready. The apartment was clean, and a box of cleaning products was included for the dishwasher. There's also a great supermarket for supplies just across the street, maybe 50m away.

Having a reserved parking spot for the whole stay was really nice, and the extra charge was reasonable. The flat was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It's close to metro and bus stations, with a direct connection to central Madrid in 25-30 minutes, and there's a supermarket nearby. An excellent place to stay in Madrid.

The place is convenient, clean, and comfortable, but one of the female receptionists handled our concern poorly. She seemed flustered by something simple to resolve, was dismissive instead of offering practical help, and made the situation unnecessarily tense. Her attitude could have been friendlier and more approachable. Reception is the main contact point for the company, so it should feel professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. She even made what felt like a veiled threat about the security deposit.

We saw 2-3 rats during our stay, and the apartments were very dirty. The front desk staff were rude and didn't seem to care that guests in the apartments were noisy and drunk. Don't stay here. There are much better places in Madrid for a cheaper price.
