Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport by IHG

The room was in excellent condition, and the service and staff were great. We were very happy with our stay and would come back. It's good value, too. Just keep in mind that the airport is still a decent distance away, though public transport is easy, and you can also take an Uber or taxi. Very happy with this hotel!

We felt welcome the whole time. The staff are friendly and respectful, and breakfast is very good, whether you're heading to work or going out to explore Madrid. My little daughter felt right at home. I could charge my EV, so the car was fully charged for driving around and I didn't have to worry during the day. The hotel isn't especially close to the city center by car, around 20 minutes away, but it's a very clean and quiet place to stay. A perfect spot for three to five nights with family or for business. We'll definitely come back. Special thanks to Olga and Sara.

The hotel was alright, though I didn't care for the room. It felt basement-like and there was no view outside. Breakfast had lots of options and was good. Bus 88 goes to a large shopping center. Since the hotel isn't actually at the airport, I wouldn't really call it an airport hotel. The shuttle could be handy and save money. Reception staff seemed less friendly than those at the other hotels on our holiday. Sara, who was working breakfast on our last day, was fantastic and friendly.

The bed was the most comfortable one I had during our ten-day holiday. Dinner was superb and had gluten free options. Breakfast had a great selection as well, and when I asked, the server brought me gluten free bread that was really good. Our room was spotless and everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.
