The room itself was clean, efficient and good, though the sink didn't drain properly. The service was poor. Our room was overbooked, and in the middle of the night someone walked right in using the key code. She called, but nobody answered. There was loud arguing in the hallway between the people who'd both been booked in, and nothing got sorted for hours. After a few hours, the electricity was switched off and the emergency lights came on. Everyone woke up. Once the power came back, things finally went quiet. Nobody even apologized for the disruption or for what happened to the people in the room in the middle of the night.

We stay here whenever work brings us to Madrid. The code entry is really practical, and the service is fast and efficient. Just remember to register online first, then you'll get all the instructions you need to get in. Great experience.

There's no reception or front desk, but everything was handled online. The room was clean and the hotel was decent. It's right by a metro station, in a reasonable neighborhood with plenty of free parking.

Very expensive for the location.
