The staff were so helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks, Noemi and Victor! Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, really tasty and very good, and I had a wonderful terrace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, and the location couldn't be better. I had a wonderful time in Madrid and will definitely be back.

Breakfast was spectacular, and for the money this hotel offers amazing value. Its location is unbeatable, and the property is in great condition. The feel is modern, warm, and practical rather than grand luxury, which suited it well. A great option, highly recommended.

The location was excellent, and I stayed for six days. Breakfast was decent, though only somewhat good. For the high price, I expected more of a luxury feel, but there wasn't one. The rooms didn't seem clean and clearly need renovating. They don't even leave bottled water in the room each day.

I found the breakfast selection healthy and a good way to start the day. My double room was spacious, with a small balcony and nice amenities that made it comfortable. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, so I felt welcome straight away. A little more attention to cleaning in the breakfast restaurant and to the lobby plants would help. Even so, it was a very pleasant stay, and I'd definitely return to Icon Embassy in Madrid.

The reception team deserves a special mention. They greet you with a smile, remember your name, and are ready to help with whatever you need. The rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect, and the breakfast buffet is wonderfully generous. Thank you!
