Our deluxe room was flawless, and the staff did a great job keeping it clean. The deluxe Suite had a huge sitting area, dining room, and sofa bed, so I think four people could fit easily. Everyone we dealt with was kind and accommodating, and the hotel has a restaurant and plenty of amenities. There are lots of nearby restaurants too, and Uber Eats serves the area until midnight. The neighborhood felt very safe and upscale. My wife and I walked to and from the metro at midnight and early in the morning without any concern. Herrera Oriya metro stop is about a 5-7 minute walk away, on Line 9. There's also a bus stop within 200 feet, and the bus takes about the same time or longer depending on traffic. Madrid Metro is excellent, and I found it much better than a taxi or Uber. From central Madrid, expect about 40 minutes each way, with one transfer depending on the route. From Madrid Airport, take the metro directly to Herrera Oriya. It’s easy and costs around €4, compared with €30 for a taxi or Uber. It does take around 40 minutes to get from Madrid Central, but I didn’t mind. I preferred the quiet, safe area and the space in the room. Similar hotels in central Madrid with these amenities and this much room would cost a lot more. I checked many hotels, and most didn’t offer such large rooms. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid. Highly recommended!

It was quiet, the neighborhood was pleasant, and the staff were respectful. The rooms are roomy, with luxurious bathrooms, and there’s a supermarket two blocks away. Getting around is less convenient: the hotel is far from everything, about 20 minutes by Uber to the heart of Madrid and 15-20 minutes from the airport. The pool wasn’t working. The rooms have plenty of space but could be decorated more warmly, maybe with some flowers. A good four-star experience.

I stayed for two days, but there was no bottled water on the second day. Reception told me they only provide it on the first day. Seriously? I paid 100 for one night and 200 for two, yet got different treatment. Was I supposed to check out and check in again?!

I'm still here as I write this, stuck because I paid in advance for the full 10-day stay. Reception never answers calls from the room, even after I complained again and again. Nothing has been done, and I'm still dealing with the same problems. The parking elevator doesn't work, so I have to take the stairs every time. This has turned into a nightmare for me, my wife, and our kids, and our holiday started at this terrible hotel. I’d tell anyone thinking of booking to think 100 times first. From my perspective, it isn't even a one-star place.

The lobby is big, and the hotel smells lovely. They also have delicious detox water there. Our room was clean, with a nice mountain view, and the staff were very friendly. Sara especially stood out. Everything was fine apart from the pillow, which I just couldn’t get comfortable with. Thanks to the staff.
