Hello Feria Hotel

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. It's close to two train lines, 4 and 8.

Getting in can be a problem if you arrive late. Every room uses a door code, but guests have to complete an online registration form to receive one. If you're traveling and don't register, you may be stuck outside. I got in only because someone at the bar next door had the manager's number. There was no manager on site. The room itself was clean, but the shared areas were poorly maintained and the entrance looked like a shed. The air conditioning didn't work, and the room was 30-35C. It only cooled enough to sleep at around 3 am. The manager couldn't find us somewhere else to stay, wouldn't come to fix the air conditioning, and wouldn't offer a discount or refund. Poor service and a bad experience. I can't recommend it.

The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The host was accommodating, too. There's a private room option with a balcony, and a great bar downstairs with excellent food and friendly staff. Convenient and affordable.

The restaurant deserves a four-star rating, but the room and hotel service were a disaster. Water leaked in our room and wasn't fixed until the third day of my stay. They repainted the room while I was there, leaving an incredibly strong, unpleasant paint smell. The poor sound insulation also made it extremely noisy.
