Miosotis Suites had availability when the wildfires closed the train line to Galicia and we needed somewhere in Madrid at short notice. The host made booking quick and easy. We were traveling with two young children, and they provided a cot. The apartment felt brand new and was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the extreme Madrid heat. It was easy to walk around from there, with supermarkets right beside the apartment and a plaza with cafés and a playground for the kids. The metro was a short, easy walk away, and Chamartín was a quick cab ride. We loved our stay and will definitely book again.

The accommodations are lovely, but at this price and in this location I expected more professionalism. We stayed one night and had trouble getting a response. A short note explaining that the access details would arrive through the app the day before check-in would have helped, but our questions were ignored. I also had network problems and asked if there was another way to get in if the app failed, and got no answer. We did manage to enter, though the app was unreliable and buggy. I'm unsure the unit was properly cleaned. The whole place, especially the bed, smelled strongly of sweat, and the shower gel was empty. I'd book a traditional hotel next time.

The apartments feel brand new, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The beds are very comfortable, and the toiletries are good brands. It's a five minute walk to the L1 metro line, and about 20 minutes from the city centre.

The place is amazing, with great room cleaning and a good location close to the L1 metro. I took off one star because management is remote, hard to reach, and rarely responsive.
