Breakfast was fine, but there weren’t any real dinner options at the hotel. It’s conveniently located for the airport, though it’s not a place to see Madrid from. Most people in our group found their rooms too hot in the middle of December, with no way to turn down the heat. It was functional, but not pleasant.

Every person on staff we dealt with was phenomenal, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good and worth the price. The beds were a little hard for my taste since I prefer a softer one, but that’s personal preference. We had a great stay and would absolutely come again.

We were comfortable overall, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. It’s near the airport, and getting to the city centre by metro didn’t take long. I’d recommend the place, though it definitely didn’t feel like a four star hotel. The two single bed room was a nice size, but the double room barely had room for two people to move around and no space for a chair. Its bathroom was spacious, at least. Neither room had a coffee machine. Reception gave us one, but it was broken, so after I mentioned it, we got coffee from the bar with a drink voucher, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was average with little choice.

Service was a bit slow, but that was completely fine, and I’d stay here again next time. The rooms were perfectly fine and felt cleaner to me. There was even a capsule coffee machine. It’s a little far from the city centre, but I wasn’t in Madrid for a holiday, so that worked out.
