It's a safe neighborhood, with plenty of local restaurants open until midnight. The staff were friendly, very helpful, and spoke English. Berajas Metro Station is a five-minute walk, while Terminal 2's departure hall is about 20 minutes on foot from the hotel. The room was a bit small and dated, but perfectly fine for a late arrival or an early morning flight.

Just wanted to thank Rafael at reception for being amazing and so attentive to me. The hotel is in an excellent spot, very close to Barajas Station. It's one stop to T4 at the airport, two stops to T3, and almost seven stops to “Colombia” near Santiago Bernabéu. Good!

We had a really good experience. The staff were always kind and ready to help, and the location is perfect. It's close to the airport, with the train station two blocks away, in a nice, safe neighborhood with restaurants and bars around.

I was injured at the Hotel Villa de Barajas when a shower door came off its railing and landed on my foot. I had to cancel flights and go to a hospital, and I still have a scar. The hotel first said it would cover my costs, then refused and claimed it wasn't responsible. Poor maintenance and zero accountability. UNSAFE AND DISAPPOINTING.

I stayed for two nights, and the hotel did what I needed: it was close to the airport and Madrid's underground and train system. I could reach the city centre in 30 minutes and would use it again.
