Getting breakfast sorted was a problem. We'd booked two rooms for four people, but they put only one breakfast on each room, as if just one person per room would eat. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and breakfast was good. The metro is just a 3-4 minute walk away.

The lounge has a great atmosphere, and the staff were fantastic. Ivan was especially kind and attentive with everything we needed. We had the most modest rooms, which were very small, and fitting our luggage in without cluttering the space was difficult. Still, I strongly recommend it.

Our friend's bag was stolen while we were sitting in the lobby, so keep an eye on your belongings. The rooms weren't bad, and although the location isn't ideal for visiting Madrid, you can get around by metro. It's worth a visit, with that caution in mind.

We had a very pleasant stay. It was quiet at night, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful. The metro station is very close too. My wife and I would strongly recommend it.
