Ibis Styles Madrid City las Ventas

The shared breakfast is the main highlight, and it’s excellent: lots of hot and cold choices, local specialties, and very tasty food. Guests from both hotels can have it. The hotel’s 4-star rating doesn’t quite match what you get. It’s a typical Ibis, with standard rooms and beds and nothing especially different. The building is shared by two hotels: Ibis occupies the first three floors, while Novotel is on the upper five. It’s what you’d expect from Ibis, no more.

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh pastries, good coffee, and plenty to choose from. The dining staff were attentive and always smiling. Even though the hotel is central, it was peaceful at night, and the location made it easy to get to transport, restaurants, and Madrid attractions. From arrival, the staff were warm and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with a modern look and a very cozy bed. I had a fantastic stay at the Ibis Hotel in Madrid. It exceeded my expectations for comfort, value, and service, and I’d stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Anna gave us such a friendly welcome at breakfast. The rooms were nice for a family of four, and it was good that the windows opened, since they felt hot even with the thermostat off. It wasn’t too noisy, and the metro is about ten minutes away. We had a good time and would consider coming back.

The breakfast was excellent, both for the food choices and the staff. Anna in particular gave great service. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away, and everything else about our stay was great too. Our room was very hot even though we were there in October. I’m not sure whether the AC wasn’t working or there was no AC. Still, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
