The shower got as hot as I wanted, which I needed during Madrid winter, and the place was clean throughout. I didn’t need the kitchen or washing machine, but having the space and those options is a plus. The smart TV connected to Netflix. I was fully satisfied with the quality.

The apartments are spacious and well equipped, with what you need for a short stay except a clothes washer. I was lucky enough to check in early, even though the process is online. The location was the downside for me: it didn’t feel like the safest or nicest part of Madrid. Still, there are supermarkets and convenience stores close by, and the metro is an eight-minute walk.

The area was quiet and felt safe, with bright street lighting and nobody hanging around outside. It’s close to public transport, restaurants, and parks. Inside, the room was clean, spacious, and sleek, with strong AC and a good shower. The digital check-in and checkout went smoothly. With plenty of kitchen and laundry facilities, it worked perfectly for our family.

It’s a clean, comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a safe. Easy to walk out for shopping or a meal.

The location was terrible if you want to see Madrid. We were given a basement room with windows onto a street where the garbage bins were, and as a mother I felt unsafe. There was also no electricity for at least two hours after we checked in.
