I had to sleep on a slightly dirty mattress without sheets, a pillow, or a blanket because they gave me the wrong code for the bedding key box. I couldn’t reach anyone all night, or when I left at 9 the next morning. Even in an emergency, there’d have been nobody to contact. The room smelled bad and had no air conditioning or windows. There was a sticker telling guests not to close the room door, so anyone could walk in. I complained to Booking.com and got a partial refund because they couldn’t reach the property. Four days later, the property still hadn’t even read my messages. Please don’t stay here.

I only stayed one night, but it was a nice experience. The room had 8 or 10 beds, I can’t remember exactly, and there’s a metro station nearby. It’s clean, with a kitchen and dining area, and it has air conditioning. Reception was professional and excellent. The bathroom and toilet are separate from the room, and the price includes a towel and locker key. I’d recommend it.

The upper bunk ladders are steep, though I guess that’s normal. I appreciated the large lockers. The mattresses and pillows were excellent, the place was spotless, and sheets and a towel were included. It’s also close to metro line 1.

The hostel was clean, quiet, and felt safe, with a great location. The person looking after the place was very helpful too. Couldn’t ask for better.

It’s not a pretty area, but it’s easy to get around from here. For a low price, it’s a fine place to stay.
