Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center

The breakfast buffet has been the most complete and plentiful we've had at any hotel. Everyone here greets you warmly and is ready to help, and the customer service is second to none. We've stayed several times, and will be back. It's a beautiful property with all the amenities, fully equipped rooms, and a location close to the airport. Thanks!

Breakfast was the highlight. After 45 years of travel across 29 countries, I can say it was the best food I've ever had. There was a huge spread, with everything imaginable and about 20 more things, plus dishes cooked to order. The room was beautiful, the bed fantastically comfortable, and the shower perfect. The hotel is very close to Madrid airport, with shuttles every half hour. I was at terminal 4S, and just stood in the hotel shuttle pickup area. They loaded my bags into the back, and I was checked in within 15 minutes. Several employees monitor the lobby as concierge and security, and can answer shuttle questions. Front desk staff were probably the most professional I've met. The buffet space is enormous, enough for hundreds at once, and reminded me of the Opryland hotel conference rooms. The only downside was that I could stay just one day because they were booked for the other two nights I wanted. I'll reserve ahead next time I pass through Madrid. After I sent feedback, I also got a nice email from the Guest Experience Coordinator, not an automated response.

Alejandra at the front desk was wonderful, attentive, friendly, and very professional. We'll definitely come back on our next Madrid stopover. The room service took a little too long for a hotel of this standard, and the location is far from the city center, so that's one star off. Everything else was perfect 👌

I've stayed here for 10 nights in 2025 and am planning another 10-25. For a mid-budget Marriott, it's among the best I've experienced in Europe, and even globally. As a Titanium Elite from UAE, I'm used to excellent hotels, but this one takes the cake in Western Europe. What sets it apart is the service. From check-in through the restaurants and bar, room service, facilities, and executive lounge, everyone is welcoming, professional, and kind. The new facilities are in excellent shape and well cared for. The arrival lounge spans three stories, and the other shared areas are two stories with plenty of space. The gym and pool are large and comprehensive for a corporate Marriott. It's near the airport, with free shuttles every 30-60 minutes. Getting into the city is a short bus ride from across the street. Alejandro at reception, Carolina at the Great room resto/bar, and Ilena at the lounge are especially great people to find.
