The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the hotel’s close to the metro and shops you need. The staff were so helpful and committed to looking after guests, they deserve a gold medal. We’re very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

The hotel isn’t in the city center, but it’s very close to a metro station. I liked being able to leave without carrying a key during the day, and the check-in system worked well. The room was spacious enough for two, clean, and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Staff also answered my question quickly, which I appreciated.

For a couple of days in Madrid, I think this is the best option for the price, especially if you’re traveling alone. The rooms are small, though. It’s quiet, close to the metro, and makes it easy to get around the whole city. Getting in with NFC or a PIN is very convenient. Personally, I liked not having to interact with anyone.

It’s expensive and a long way from the center, in an ugly neighborhood. The rooms are noisy, the windows don’t open all the way, and there’s no reception because everything is automated. Cleaning only happens every three days.
