Oshun Plaza Castilla

The place was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the internet worked well. I updated my review after my deposit finally came through, though it took two and a half months.

There are markets and a pharmacy nearby, and I appreciated having a washing machine. The place was clean, practical, and comfortable, just on the small side. The WiFi was down for the first couple of days but eventually got fixed. Finding the place was a hassle because its address didn't match the one on the credit card points website, and we had to track down both the correct address and contact details. It would've helped if the tenant had emailed the access codes and right address before we arrived, or at least that morning.

I can't recommend this place. The support in unexpected situations was terrible. Even after I provided proof of my accident and surgery, they wouldn't offer a solution. From what I can tell, this has happened before.

We booked a week but got very little to start with: half a roll of toilet paper, a few napkins, and a tiny bit of hand soap diluted with water. We eventually managed to get four rolls and a bottle of soap. The apartment is at street level, and the aluminum door with its glass panel didn't open properly. It didn't feel secure, so we took our important belongings with us and left nothing valuable behind. The deposit is the biggest problem. We've been trying to get it back for over two weeks, and Booking.com isn't taking responsibility either, so we'll have to file a complaint. I feel helpless after booking through a platform we thought would be trouble-free. It left us disappointed and really angry. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
