Paradise Suites Madrid

The room was adorable, spotless, and really quiet. I was there for the Bad Bunny concert, and everything worked just right, from the air conditioning to the LED lights. You can see the care they put into the decor and making the room feel welcoming. 10/10.

There was only one working outlet in the tiny room, and we paid €130 hoping for some peace and quiet. Instead, sleeping comfortably was impossible because we could hear the next room's jacuzzi clearly, despite the booking confirmation calling our room soundproof. The hotel should address the jacuzzi noise or stop claiming the rooms are soundproof. The parquet floor was already soaking wet when we arrived, before we had even switched on the jacuzzi. They only offered to keep laying down towels and replacing them once they were saturated. The jacuzzi controls didn't work either, so we had to use the circuit breakers to switch it on and off. To change from jacuzzi to bath mode, we had to get out and dry off completely, or reach for the breaker while wet. That felt dangerous.

The neighborhood was really peaceful, and having the metro and a Mercadona supermarket nearby was handy. My family and I stayed several days and were very happy with the cleanliness and the service. Thanks for being so welcoming, Alba. We'd gladly come back and I definitely recommend it!

The suite was a letdown for what my boyfriend paid. There was no glass screen or other divider around the shower, so the bathroom flooded every time we used it. They should maintain it better at that price. The hotel itself was fine, though, with a convenient location, friendly staff, and a clean room.
