I needed somewhere to stay for four days because the flat I'd found wasn't ready when I arrived in Madrid for my PhD. The studio, with its own kitchen and bathroom, made me feel comfortable and safe, and I was happy there. It's a student residence in a well-connected part of Madrid, and the staff were kind and attentive. The plugs by the bed didn't work well, but that was a minor issue in an otherwise good short stay.

The front desk staff were extremely rude and mean to me and my family. They were very strict about guests and wouldn't give us any leeway. Not a good experience, and I don't recommend it.

Terrible customer service. Stefany explicitly told us we were all set after we filled out the physical form for overnight guests staying up to three nights. But then, when we came back at 3am, the security guard turned our guests away, saying they also needed to complete the physical form in addition to the online one. If security required both forms, they shouldn't have changed the instructions after telling us otherwise.

The team is the best part. They really care about the students and make you feel at home. Thanks, Stefany, María, Adriana, and David! The residence is brand new, with modern facilities and amazing terraces overlooking the Kio Towers and the Four Towers. It's very well connected to the city and just minutes from universities like IE University and the UAM Faculty of Medicine ❤️
