We got great value for the money, and the rooms were a real strong point. They’re huge, with a nice mix of modern decor and a homier feel. We had two separate apartments. In the larger one, the AC worked only in the living room, not the bedrooms. The shower was a bit small and awkward to use. Check-in was the weak spot. The odd self-check-in machine didn’t work very well and still needed a staff member to basically check us in. It took over 30 minutes, then the staff member gave up and did it on his computer in five minutes. Why not start that way? Without the great rooms, that awful check-in would have left us much more frustrated.

The apartments are in a quiet location, about 2 km from Torrejon Ardoz train station and Hotel Asset Torrejon. There’s an equipped kitchen, but no washing machine.

The staff were great, especially Anny. They all deserve a big salary increase.

It’s a nice, quiet area, close to shops and the train station. I’ll be back!
