The location made getting around easy, with shops, cafés, and restaurants along the main street, plus the metro and other public transport close by. I stayed two nights and found the hotel very good. The staff were extremely friendly, the place was impeccably clean, and breakfast was basic but fresh. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a convenient spot.

We felt welcome thanks to the incredibly helpful staff, and the neighborhood was pleasant and felt safe. The Metro is just a short walk away, so it's easy to get around. Our room was spotless and had all the toiletries we needed. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of fresh choices. We'd gladly come back on our next Madrid trip.

Claudia at reception spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly when we arrived. The hotel matched its description and met all our expectations. The room was clean, the WiFi worked great, and parking in the garage was 18 eur/24h. Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced at 7 euros. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. If you're among the first to shower, hot water can take about 30 seconds to a minute to arrive. We could also hear people above us walking and banging around. It didn't bother us much, though someone else might mind.

We had a nice time and will be back. The hotel is simple, modern, comfortable, and clean, with very friendly, helpful staff. It's in a pleasant residential area with plenty of shops and services nearby, and the metro and bus are close.

I needed a room at short notice and chose this one for its location. I was told the price for two nights was about 400 euro because the hotel was nearly full. The room was decent and clean. After checking in, I asked for slippers and a bath robe, but apparently they don't provide those.
