Getting into the Center was easy for me, just one bus. The hostel is new, so everything seemed in good condition, and the bedrooms offered some privacy with comfortable mattresses. The toilets were bright and very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful, checking that everything was okay, and service was available 24/7. It was calm, neat, and I was very satisfied. I’d choose it again when I visit Madrid.

Everything was clean and well organized, and I found the area quiet and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. I had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it ❤️

There was a fire yesterday and we had to evacuate, but the hostel gave us no explanation. I also found it far from the city centre. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The service was very poor, and the location isn’t good. There are better choices in the area.
