This was the worst experience of my life. The place is a disaster, and the staff were not polite at all. When I called about basic things that should have worked, like the heating, they even got aggressive with me. It wasn't at all like it looked. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and anyone looking for somewhere with normal conditions should never come here. There are no conditions at all.

It was cold and not very clean, and we found some insects. The oven didn't work, and the beds were really noisy.

The rooms are badly finished, and the place looks abandoned.

A great deal for the money, with all the essentials. The location is excellent for the price, and it works especially well for families arriving by car. Parking is easy to find from midday onward, since there are offices nearby.

It's quite far out, and the metro stop isn't as close as it might seem. Getting to the city center takes a while, and forget about doing anything at night. If you're only after a low price, it may be fine. I also left a couple of blazers behind. I only realized once I was already far away, but I never heard anything from them. They didn't even contact me, and they just ignored me.
