The staff were great and friendly, but the Wi-Fi was awful. I tried five different devices, on iOS, macOS, and Windows, and couldn't get a reliable connection for more than about 30 minutes at a time. That might seem minor to some, but this hotel is in a business area, and people need a dependable connection for work. It was a corporate booking, and I'm telling my company to avoid this hotel if they need to work from there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were neat, hygiene was well maintained, and the staff gave good service throughout. The location is convenient and close to the Metro, though the city center is a bit far, about 50 minutes by metro.

Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel feels calm and elegant, with spacious, clean rooms, warm colors, comfortable beds, and a modern design. Las Tablas is a quieter, business-friendly part of Madrid with good connections into the city. A relaxing, comfortable place to stay, whether you're here for work or a visit.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the recently renovated rooms felt fresh and roomy. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, fruit, pastries and good coffee. There's a supermarket and a few restaurants within an easy walk, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by Uber and a short walk from the subway. One confusing bit for getting into the city: at Tres Olivos, get off and change to the train across the platform. The map makes it look like Las Tablas is on one line straight into town, but you do need to switch. Get off at Plaza de España to be right by the Palace. For tickets, choose the tourist option, the cheapest zone if you're not taking the subway to the outskirts or airport, and the number of days you need. Then go enjoy Madrid!
