We’ll be back! It’s a lovely hotel with lots of thoughtful touches, clean and welcoming throughout. The rooms were spotless and the beds really comfortable. Great value for a relaxing weekend in the Sierra de Gredos mountains. A full 10 out of 10.

The receptionist was very attentive, and the three-bedroom apartment is spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The large kitchen even has a washing machine, though there wasn’t any kitchen roll for our one-night stay. In good weather, the guest terrace is wonderful. The main window looks onto it, so opening the window isn’t practical, and noise from guests on the stairs directly above the ceiling is annoying. The small bathtub in that room has steps and is slippery, making it hard for someone with reduced mobility to get in. The name suits the building’s colonial style.

The garden is lovely, carefully looked after, with quiet little corners for reading or just enjoying the surroundings. Breakfast was another treat, with quality products and a good choice, served in a calm, welcoming setting. Starting the day with good coffee and fresh bread there was a pleasure. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. You can tell they care about their work. The whole stay exceeded expectations, and I’d return without hesitation. Beauty and comfort matter, but the dedicated staff make the experience special. One last thought: I wish every guest showed more empathy for the work that goes into all those details. Sometimes a negative review says more about the guest than the place itself. 💛
