The beach view from our clean, very nice room was amazing, and we loved having the free minibar. There was a great variety at breakfast. The pool and wave flow rider were cool too. It’s centrally located in Magaluf and reasonably priced for everything included. A great place to stay.

We couldn’t get through to the hotel front desk at all. Calling the number took us to voicemail. When we complained that the number wasn’t working, the reservation agents just sent us back to the reservations team, who then sent us back to voicemail. You’ll love this place if you enjoy being kept on hold for over 20 minutes and passed between agents who don’t seem to care about doing their jobs.

The location made it easy to get around, and everything was very clean, tidy and well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. We had a wonderful stay, and it’s a great choice for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!

The room was decent, though it felt more geared to young adults than families. Reception was super friendly, but we couldn’t get covered parking until day three because the spots were overbooked. We requested a few amenities, and they took a while to reach our room. Housekeeping was lacklustre too. When we asked for a later afternoon service, they only brought clean towels, without making the beds or removing the used towels. The pool water was colder than the ocean. You have to pay for the loungers around the pool, though there are free ones off the pool deck. Each person gets just one towel per day. We felt like we were in the island’s party zone, which isn’t what we enjoy, but it’d probably suit younger people.

The hotel had great facilities and direct access to a beautiful beach. Breakfast offered a good variety, and we had a wonderful stay. It would’ve been perfect if the pools were larger and stayed open longer.
