The owners were attentive and very kind, and we felt reassured by the house meeting all safety standards. Everything was in great condition and well looked after, with nice furniture that made it comfortable as soon as we arrived. The location is hard to beat, close to Malaga's center and only a few minutes from Teatinos, with all sorts of restaurants. The house itself is in a quiet area, good for relaxing. We had a fantastic stay, have only good things to say, and will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!

The house itself is great and the area is too, and I'm still giving it five stars because the hosts weren't responsible for the neighbor situation. We stayed three nights and only used the place to sleep and cook two dinners, trying to avoid complaints. But in this semi-detached house, we could hear a neighbor and their partner as if they were in our room. Every morning around 5 or 6 am there was showering and toilet use, and each night they talked for over an hour and a half. It made us uncomfortable all three nights. They must know how clearly sound carries, and should be considerate at those hours instead of carrying on as if it were 11 a.m. Guests are expected to follow coexistence rules, but we saw the neighbors not doing that. There's a sign saying the neighbor can call the police over disturbances, which could mean a fine. If the disturbance is coming from them, as it did for us, I understand there'd be a discount or something similar. We didn't tell the host because it was only three nights and we didn't want tension. It would be good to remind guests that they can also let the host know if neighbors bother them, and if that doesn't help, there are other ways to deal with it. The house has everything you need, though there are warning and prohibition signs everywhere, with possible fines, all about not bothering neighbors and looking after the property. That made us so cautious that even when we were quiet, we worried a neighbor might complain once they realized we were vacation rental guests. We also didn't know whether we were on friendly terms with the owners, since this kind of business isn't always welcomed in family neighborhoods or apartments, and someone might make up an excuse to shut it down and force guests to leave. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and being just 15 minutes from Malaga made the location especially nice for relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the house was equipped with absolutely everything. There was even a first-aid kit with basic generic medicines for whatever might come up, plus information from the host about ordering takeaway. We had a great time, thank you for everything.
