Manuel is a lovely, kind person, and the food was delicious. We stayed for two days and everything was great, with the place kept very clean and the apartment thoughtfully set up. If something was missing, we could just ask. Making the reservation by phone was a little complicated.

The whole complex is naturally beautiful, and we really liked the location and service. Manuel and Mrs. were wonderful hosts. See you soon!

We’d booked through Booking.com in early August for three days, and at first all seemed fine. On the day we were due to arrive, we called to say we’d get there around 6 pm, and the manager said that was no problem. Then, just five minutes before arrival, Booking.com sent a cancellation. The property said it wasn’t their doing, and Booking.com gave us the same answer. Nobody knew anything, so we went back home and had to throw away the refrigerated food we’d just bought. Three or four hours later, the owner called, not the manager, and apologized. He said he’d known it was going to happen because our booking overlapped with other guests, but hadn’t told us in time. He offered a free weekend in the off-season, which we appreciated, though it wasn’t what we’d planned. He also said he’d review the protocol to stop this happening again. In my view, the manager is the one who should be reviewed. He didn’t seem up to the job, left us stranded, then kept saying it had nothing to do with him. Luckily, we weren’t traveling with small children. That’s my experience. Be careful booking here, because with Booking.com and this guy in charge, nothing is guaranteed. Regards.

The lakeside setting is lovely, with a pool, gardens and lagoon, and the facilities are meticulously cared for. Families have play areas, a pool and activities for kids. They can feed the ducks or play in the playground while adults relax and take in the lake views. The food is spectacular, with La Mancha specialties that stand out for flavor and quality, and the price is very reasonable for such a good meal. I asked if they could turn off the reggaeton, if you can call it music, and the staff were attentive and switched it to real music, which made the visit nicer. The team, including Manuel and Daniela, were friendly and did their best to make the meal and stay enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d return to.
