The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was very good. Drinks at the bar were amazing and budget friendly. We liked the clean outdoor pool and lounge area, and the evening music and entertainment were good. Towels, soap, and toilet roll were provided, and we could rent a hairdryer with a 20 euro deposit. The beach, shops, and attractions were close by. We stayed for 4 nights and had breakfast and dinner, though we could switch dinner for lunch if we wanted. The rooms were small and very dated, and the air conditioning needed repair. The beds were okay but noisy, although we did sleep well. The food was horrible, cold and bad tasting, and breakfast choices were poor. Even the complimentary juice, tea, and coffee tasted funky. Pastries were the best thing. The games room could use some work. There wasn’t much for children, though we don’t have kids, so it didn’t really affect us. If you’re looking for a family hotel, this might not be the one.

The location was very good, and the restaurant right beside the hotel, Simpatia, was 10/10. The staff there were lovely and the food was gorgeous. At the hotel, the pool area was clean, the outdoor sitting area was nice, and the bar staff were lovely too. Our room was clean, though very small and outdated. The toilet wouldn’t flush until I complained, but they fixed it straight away. I didn’t try the hotel food. When we asked for a fridge key, they handed us the safe key 🙈😂. I wouldn’t come back. At 2:35am, while we were fast asleep, a male staff member barged into our room without giving a good explanation. He didn’t speak English, so we couldn’t understand what he wanted, and he went into our toilet. I woke up in fright, of course. I complained, and he told reception we’d been awake and out of bed, which was a lie. They were useless. The woman at reception when we arrived had been lovely and helpful, but the rest were very unhelpful. Hopefully the next person has a better experience 💗

The rooms are old and small, but very clean, and the cleaning staff are lovely, always smiling and tidying them every day. There isn’t enough wardrobe space for our clothes, and it has no shelves. The food was good, though the restaurant doesn’t have room for everyone at once, so there’s always a queue to get in. Staff were nice and worked quickly to clear tables and make space for the next guests. Everyone at the hotel did their best to make our holiday as good as possible.

The staff were great, especially Nancy at reception, who was fantastic when we needed a doctor for the poorly baby. Raul at the bar was lovely too, always smiling and making the best coffee. But this didn’t feel like a family holiday hotel, and we wouldn’t come back. We were a family of 6, including two people in their 70s and a toddler, staying for 2 weeks. The hotel was very dated. Rooms were small, and showers weren’t great, but usable and everything was clean. The entertainment was poor: kids’ music at 9 pm, which is too late, and not every night. Other nights there might be a disco with nowhere to dance, a quiz repeated about 4 times without changing the questions, or random karaoke. There were no kids’ activities. The food was monotonous and not worth it. The salad was dry, meat undercooked, and choices were limited. There was nothing much for children besides chips, and I don’t want to see another chip ever again. Desserts were probably the best thing at dinner, though still bland. Breakfast was a basic continental spread, okay, but the coffee wasn’t great. There was no lifeguard at the pool, and parents argued over kids being pushed in.
