The setting is spectacular, which is why I gave it two stars. The facilities are lacking, and although there's constantly some renovation going on, it doesn't look like anything is actually getting done. I wouldn't rely on verbal agreements. The managers can't be trusted, in my view, and may change a reservation if a better offer comes in. Get written confirmation of your booking, and ask for receipts and any documents you'll need to make a complaint if the terms are changed at the last minute.

The place is beautiful, but the administration is poorly run. Our booking was cancelled three days before we were due to arrive. Make sure your reservation is properly documented, since a longer stay may come along and put your booking at risk of cancellation.

The owners were fantastic, friendly and helpful, and did their best to meet almost every need. They speak Spanish, German, and English. It's a lovely place on a beautiful island, just right for relaxing and enjoying life.

There are thousands of other places with the same charm and, above all, good service without serious problems. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The way this agritourism business is run is a shame, and the treatment of its employees is appalling, shameful, and incredibly unprofessional. If things aren't done legally, they will never go well.
