The entertainment team made the holiday feel special and fun, and the staff were fantastic. There was a great choice of food and plenty to keep us occupied in a beautiful place with lovely people. We had a really good family break and plan to return. Our room worked for a family of four, though it was a bit worn around the edges. We had a few power cuts during the first week. Cleaning was disappointing when it didn't happen on the days we asked. We only requested it when we needed loo roll and fresh towels, but a few times we came back to find it hadn't been done and had to ask reception for supplies. The hotel itself is in a stunning spot and has what you need for a great family holiday.

The bungalow-style rooms were a big reason we chose this place, and we liked that setup. They felt dated, but they were quiet and clean, and the air conditioning worked really well. The resort grounds are park-like, with lovely pools, a beautiful public beach nearby, and hikes that give you views over the water. We had a great 7-day family stay. There was lots of food to choose from, aside from the pool lunch menu, which stuck to burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken nuggets, fries, and pasta. The dessert table was a highlight. Drinks included sangria, wine, beer on tap, soft drinks, water, and slushies, which were especially welcome in the heat. The well drinks included in the all-inclusive package were fine. The front desk team was friendly and spoke several languages, though they didn't always know the answers. We had to ask for things like the cup deposit and air conditioning remote. They booked a taxi, but didn't tell us our group of six wouldn't be picked up. We worked around it by ordering two cabs, though they could have been more proactive. The animators were great with the kids, and the service staff were very friendly. Evening shows varied in quality and sometimes felt like summer camp, but two acrobatic groups were amazing. For a 3-star resort, it was well worth it and a great family option.

We only stayed three nights, but the visit was a pleasant surprise after reading quite a few bad reviews. The hotel isn't new, but it's clean and well looked after, and the staff seem to care for it. We had all-inclusive, and the food tasted very good; the selection of dishes and drinks was enough for us. It's a lovely spot for anyone who wants peace, nature, and a beautiful sea. The water is calm and shallow, so it works well for children and parents, or a short sunny break. If you're looking to party, this probably isn't the place, since there's little around apart from the hotel's own entertainment. The grounds are huge, so expect a lot of walking. Luckily, it wasn't too hot while we were there, and a shuttle car can take you between reception or the restaurant and your house. We had a very late flight and were fortunate to get a late checkout for an extra charge. A nice place to get a quick bit of sun. Thank you.

We spent 10 days here. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable, and we had a very enjoyable stay. Since there aren't many places to eat nearby, I'd recommend the all-inclusive option. The buffet had plenty of food and different dishes each day, with vegetarian and non-dairy choices too. Even picky eaters should find something. The pool snack bar was a good extra, and the hotel had entertainment through the day for both children and adults. The beach nearby was clean and well maintained. There's also a kiosk at the hotel selling souvenirs and useful basics in case you've forgotten something. The staff were lovely and helpful. Koria especially stood out. She speaks several languages, takes her work seriously, and is one of the most thoughtful, friendly people there. She always greeted guests with a smile. One issue I raised with reception: the cleaning team accidentally took something from a cupboard that we'd planned to use to cover our luggage for security. Best not to leave things in there during your stay. That aside, we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend staying here. If you're there on a Sunday, Porto Cristo has a market with a nice range of food, clothes, and souvenirs.

The beach was breathtaking, and there was loads for families to do. We had a great holiday and I would absolutely recommend the hotel. The only thing to keep in mind is mobility: there are lots of steps, so it may not suit you unless you can get a room near reception. Before we arrived, the bad reviews had made us nervous, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was VERY clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had trouble on the first night because one member of our group has mobility problems. Staff said they hadn't been told by the holiday package company, but they promised us a more accessible room with only a few steps the following day, and they came through. That made everything easier for all of us. Ruben and Mauricio at reception, along with Jessica in the restaurant, were especially helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist whenever they could.
