The towels scratch more than they dry, so bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The air conditioning makes it hard to sleep, but in summer the heat is unbearable without it. The place has been renovated, yet everything feels old. Terrible overall. If you have nowhere else to stay for a night, it beats sleeping on the street.

The room was perfect and spotless, and the air conditioning was fantastic in the summer heat. Thanks to the girl who helped us for such wonderful service. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to come back when things have calmed down. Big hugs!

Terrible service. Reception shut at 7 p.m., and since I was arriving later for work, I had to leave Palma earlier just to check in. I called the owner to explain, and she said it wasn’t necessary, just to call again if I’d be later than 8 p.m. so she could arrange key collection. But when I called at 7:30, she said no way, it was too late and she was going home. I was left stranded despite having a reservation. It was also quite expensive, €50 on a Monday in December, for a cheap hotel that should be shut down if we want to maintain the standard of our hotels.
