Our stay was disappointing, especially for a hotel advertised as 4★. On arrival, we got almost no information about beach towels, pool hours, or facilities. The terrace shown online as beautiful and scenic looked abandoned, with boxes and stacked cushions everywhere, more like storage than a guest space. Breakfast was listed until 11, but at 10:45 staff were already clearing tables and loudly putting food away. Guests should be able to enjoy breakfast calmly until the posted time. It was also uncomfortable to see Paolo sitting among the buffet food, drinking soda and eating some while guests served themselves. That didn’t feel like 4★ service. During our last nights there was a terrible plumbing smell that woke us up feeling nauseous, with sore throats. The staff member we told didn’t seem to care. Other things added to the frustration: at least 10 pigeons bathing in the pool, an employee using a leaf blower at 8:30am on a Saturday, and being asked to return two water bottles “in pristine condition.” The cleaning staff were the one bright spot, kind, polite, and professional, and our room was always spotless. Sadly, this was far from the 4★ experience we expected, and I can’t recommend the hotel in its current state.

The pool area was wonderfully peaceful, and I had a great stay. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and helpful with ideas for local activities. I also loved the rooms and breakfast. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to couples or solo travelers on this side of Mallorca.

I’d put this at about 3.5 stars. There was a slight cigarette smell in the lobby, as others have mentioned, and the front desk person also worked at the bar. Even so, the place exceeded my expectations, and the value for the price was outstanding. The staff were fabulous, the room was clean, and there’s parking right in front. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a few beautiful sights within walking distance. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the chef knows how to cook eggs without overdoing them. There’s free water in the room. Booking through their website is definitely cheaper. I was honestly so happy with my stay, which was much better than a recent visit to a well-known 4 star hotel in pollenca. I’d recommend staying here and would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially over the quiet weekend when the poolside felt relaxing and the cabanas were lovely. There’s loud drilling across the road on weekdays throughout the day, though, which disrupts the pool atmosphere. Breakfast was good, and the rooms are basic but nice. I’d recommend booking a poolside room since the views from the others aren’t great. A little disappointed that the rooftop bar isn’t open right now.
