Aparthotel HSM Calas Park - All Inclusive

We spent a week here with our two young kids and couldn’t have been happier with the value. The room was good and modern, and it was cleaned every day. The bar staff were amazing, and the draft beer and cocktails were delicious. I also liked having one reusable cup for the whole stay instead of dealing with disposable ones. There’s a sloped path on the left side of the hotel that can make getting around with a stroller easier. We drove to different beaches each day and always found parking nearby. The food was fine for me and the children, who had plain pasta and fries, though the options were a bit limited for my wife since she doesn’t like dishes with fish. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The staff were the highlight for us. They were pleasant, kind, and clearly worked hard. We had a great time at the resort, with plenty for both children and adults to do. It’s close to the beach, about a five-minute walk. Go early if you want a beach sunbed, but there were always poolside loungers available.

The only bad part was one bartender who worked most day shifts from October 11-16. He was unpleasant and mean, ignored our questions and requests, and wouldn’t change our cups after we’d used them for a few days. Those interactions were really unpleasant. Everything else was awesome: the staff, views, food, location, cleanliness, and massage. Everyone else was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The masseuse was a great professional, very attentive, and helped with my back pain. There was a huge variety of food, with lots of different things to try and a taste of Mallorca, even for a picky eater like me. We loved the place and will definitely try to come back.

There’s a lot of walking to do around the hotel, with plenty of steps, and it’s not disabled friendly. The area itself is great, with lots to see, and the boat rides along the coast are worth trying. The view was stunning, the room lovely and clean, and the bar had lots of good drinks. The bar staff were helpful and quick. Food was a mix of things I liked and didn’t, but fine overall. There was no allergy information, so be careful. I also got fed up with people reserving sunbeds at 7 in the morning, even though the leaflet says they shouldn’t be reserved. Still, it was a great holiday.
