Porto Playa II

The staff were fantastic, attentive, and went out of their way to help. After checking out, we realised we’d left camera film in the apartment. The team went to retrieve it and kept it at reception until we could collect it. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the bar cocktails were delicious. We had a wonderful stay at Portodrach. It’s well placed for walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and the view from the balcony was lovely. I’d definitely suggest booking a marina view. You can have your room cleaned every day, which was nice to come back to after a long day. The pool is fairly small and there aren’t many sun loungers. We went in October when it wasn’t too busy, though I can imagine it being harder to find space in summer. It’s a lovely place to stay, and we’ll definitely return.

Porto Cristo is a charming town with good local food and a wonderful beach, and the caves of drach are only a five-minute walk away. This is a lovely little hotel, very clean and welcoming, with staff who were extremely friendly and helpful.

We’ve just got home after a great stay. Our apartment had an amazing view over the Harbour, and both the accommodation and food were fantastic. The staff helped make it a wonderful holiday. We were four adults, and my husband reckoned it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at overall. My only advice is to avoid letting stag or hen parties stay. Roberts Family xx

There was a loud noise from the fridge, and at night we could hear water from neighbouring apartments when people flushed the toilet. There isn’t much to visit in this area, which affected my experience. The staff were very friendly, though, and parking outside the hotel was very accessible. I’d give it two stars.
