Ses Gavines-Cala Anguila Apartments

We stayed in A1 with family in April. The location is nice and fairly quiet, and the place looks decent at first. The apartments are sparse, which is okay, and reasonably tidy. But the sliding terrace door wouldn’t lock. The wooden front door was poor for security, insulation, and sound. There was a finger-wide gap underneath, so we could hear everything outside and air or ants could get in. At times, hundreds of ants were on the floor, in the kitchen, and in the bathroom. The building was noisy too. Faucets, farts, and loud conversations from neighboring apartments all carried clearly. Communication was only through booking, and our questions went unanswered. We were given the key through a pinbox.

The apartment suited our family of two adults and two kids, with a small pool right in front of the terrace and a nice atmosphere. It’s basic and small, but the location is perfect between two beautiful Calas, reached by a pleasant path shaded by Mediterranean trees. Away from the crowded tourist spots, yet close to markets, a pharmacy, and bars. The kitchen had what we needed, and it was nice to find soap and a sponge. I’d come back, thank you!

A lovely, clean place with everything needed for a good holiday. The pool and beach are nice, and the view from the balcony is stunning.

The beach here is incredible, though it gets very busy in summer.
