There was no hot water in the run-down bathroom, and the heating didn't work. The television had no signal, and they only accepted cash. The room was just 10 m², extremely uncomfortable, with a sagging bed pushed against the wall. This service isn't worth more than €20.

The room had useful things like air conditioning and a microwave, which earns it two stars. But the soundproofing was so bad I could hear my neighbor's headphones, and light came through the crack in the wall from the next room at night. I also found cockroaches in the closet. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's handy for the promenade, with all its activity, and the beach is close too. We booked a room with an ensuite for a couple of days, though some rooms share a bathroom on the floor. It's fine for a couple of nights if you don't expect luxury or have any bigger expectations. For a longer stay, I'd look elsewhere. Still, it's a great choice for a short visit.

A lovely, inexpensive room for a few days, close to both the beach and the town center.

The owner is lovely, and it's in a great location. Very good value for money, highly recommended in Manilva :)
