We loved the central location on a quiet street in Mahón, with local shops and dinner spots an easy walk away. The hotel isn't within walking distance of a beach, though. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, arranging local taxis for Forrest and helping us plan a beach day excursion. I'd return in a heartbeat, and hope to visit their other properties someday. We stayed during our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was probably the most beautifully decorated and aesthetic hotel I've stayed in, a real boutique experience. I kept noticing thoughtful touches, from embroidered napkins to the guest library and poolside umbrellas. Breakfast was complimentary and probably the best hotel breakfast I've had. The buffet had plenty of fresh jams, bread, fruit and pastries, and there was a custom menu to order from too.

Jose (from Burgos), the Hotel mgr, deserves a sincere thank you. He's dedicated and helpful. The kitchen staff were cool and calm at breakfast, and dinner was delicious. Thanks as well to the Michel star chef for coming out to say hello. The whole team was excellent, friendly and polite, and made us feel special. We've gone away every December for twenty years, and this was one of the best stays of my life. It far surpassed the places we've stayed before.

Dinner was the biggest difference from our last visit four years ago. It was fine back then, but last night it was exceptional. The four of us, all permanent residents of Menorca, agreed it was the best food we'd ever tasted in Menorca. Stunning, thank you. It's a stylish, interesting boutique hotel right in the heart of Mahón. We stayed here four years ago and happened to get the same room last night. No complaints about that!

The garden was my favorite, though every corner of Cristine Bedfor was gorgeous. We spent our wedding anniversary in Mahón and had the loveliest stay. Julius and Michelle especially, along with the rest of the staff, were so nice and friendly. Dinner was phenomenal. I'm still dreaming about the veal and foie gras and the prawns. Thank you for the hospitality, it was everything we'd hoped for and more. Muchas gracias!

Breakfast was a highlight, from the buffet and menu to the service. The cheerful, kind staff were helpful too, even assisting me with shipping something internationally. The room was very clean, and the body oil was a nice touch. Great value for money. I wasn't keen on the synthetic duvet or the featherless pillows. It would've been nice to have the pool open, but it was closed for the season.
