The location is fantastic, and the complex is clean and lovely. The security staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. A few small, obvious changes around the pool and on the route from reception to the beach could make the facilities even better.

Our room had wet towels left behind by the previous guests when we checked in. Then, five hours before our transfer to the airport, we were made to leave the entire playa rocio property. They moved our checkout earlier even though they knew our flight was later that night. Sophia the manager sent threatening texts, and they wouldn’t keep our luggage while kicking us out. We had to walk around for four hours in 37° heat carrying all our bags.
