Apartamento Fuerte Marbella

We had a great time here, with friendly staff and a room overlooking the sea. The hotel sits right on the beach, and the old town is an easy short walk away. We hadn't realized we'd booked a 'selected' experience, which came with late check out, an upgraded breakfast, and a complimentary business-type lounge with wines, beers, spirts, snacks, and private sun lounge areas. Fabulous hotel. We'll definitely be back!

The rooftop view is stunning in daylight and after dark, and the hotel is centrally located near the beach. It has several restaurants with great cuisine and an executive art gallery. The entrance makes a gorgeous first impression, and the welcome was lovely. Facilities suit all kinds of guests, and the staff are friendly and cooperative. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a huge buffet selection and everything freshly prepared. The facilities are beautiful, and the hotel is gorgeous and close to the beach. The staff were great too, especially Zani, who welcomed us so warmly and was always there when we needed help. I'll definitely come back.

My phone was stolen in the hotel's beach area, which was upsetting after enjoying the food, service, and facilities. The so-called “private” beach is separated from the public area by just a rope, so security seems very weak. For a 5-star property, I find that unacceptable. I expect to hear what steps will be taken to address this and prevent it happening again.
