Apartamento Puerto Azul 2d

I strongly recommend against this house. The apartment was covered in ash, including on the furniture and sheets, and smelled horribly of smoke from the fire. The fire had happened on Thursday afternoon, but we arrived on Saturday with no warning about what had happened. They didn't seem interested in hearing about it either. Reyes, the contact person, took three hours to call back, despite us calling more than 40 times and Booking.com calling just as many times. Booking.com was the one that finally sorted out the problem. They took our €200 deposit as soon as we arrived, after we'd been waiting outside the door for half an hour. They took us up through the garage, naturally, so we wouldn't see how bad the damage was. Their answer was to refund us and tell us to sort it out ourselves.
