The pool has such a good vibe in the daytime, and the staff are lovely and fun. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms are top notch, and there are great food options. The facilities also include Rafa Nadel tennis courts. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I had such a nice time. I’ll be coming back!

We travelled abroad with our baby, who sadly became very ill during the trip, and the hotel did everything it could to comfort and reassure us. The staff kept checking how our little one was doing. We had a stunning room, amazing food, and service like we’ve never experienced before. I can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed a few very relaxing days here. The room was fantastic, the hotel service was very good, and the restaurant food was great. Our one issue was the facial treatment we booked at the spa, which was also the most expensive option. The device needed for it was broken, so they only gave us a face mask instead. At those prices, they should have communicated that better. We mentioned it at reception when checking out, but nobody has contacted us since.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is clean and well looked after. It’s a good place for families, with separate kids’ and adults’ pools, a kids’ club, and childcare. Nikki Beach is very close, while the Old Town, Puerto Banús, and the casino are farther away. The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and had loads of choice. I’d recommend adding it to your booking, it’s worth it. I had an excellent stay and would happily come back.
